awesome recipe . I've made these over and over again . I just top them with salted pumpkin seeds.

Absolutely! I added walnuts and raisins and baked them for 19 minutes. Perfect! Great low fat muffin recipe! I will definitely make these again!

Yummy added more cinnamon and used fresh ginger less honey. Dense but moist and delicious.

Great--subbed in a little white flour as I ran short of whole wheat, & still fine. Easy & common ingredients. Nice healthier option, especially vs. giant coffee shop/supermarket types.

i added 1/4 cup raisins to the recipe though it's a great muffin with or without them!

I was surprise, it came out pretty good. I tweaked it a little bit and added raisins and walnut.

Just made these and they are delicious! Super moist, and definitely sweet enough. I was a little short on apple sauce so I added 2 heaping spoons of Greek yogurt and probably used 2 cups of grated carrot. Will definitely make again

Delicious & easy! I added 1/2 cup walnuts. Texture is great - not too dense. Next time I'll add 1/2 the honey though - very sweet!
