This was delicious. I don’t think it serves 16 closer to 6. Next time I would use a little less cream and a little more chorizo

Sorry, This is not going to be a family favorite. Nobody finished a bowl. Definitely an acquired taste!

Yummy! I’d definitely make this again. I’d say it takes about 2 hours from start to finish

Delicious! I am not a fan of chorizo, so I used bacon instead. Kids loved it!

Superb! Took the chorizo out from the casings before frying. The amount of spice was perfect. For those that don't like spicy foods suggest finding a substitute for the chorizo but for me, I wouldn't change a thing. Thanks for sharing this fabulous recipe!!

I was not impressed. Maybe it was the Chorizo I picked, but it was not good and the family wouldn’t eat it. I froze it and will eat it myself later for lunches so it doesn’t waste, but I will not be making this again.

Very good next time I will use regular chorizo and less cayenne pepper. And I added kale to it.

so yummy. you wont need the sausage or could sugetarian suasage. all the cream it calls for is also not required and makes a fantastic soup with les fat!

Very good we augmented and used almond creamer and turkey sausage to cut down on the fat

My family liked this but I thought it was pretty plain
I feel like it needed cream corn or something
The half of the corn that was chopped gave the soup a fiber-y texture
The soup itself did not thicken much naturally and did not benefit much from cornstarch
There is a lot of cream in this recipe, and rightfully so; without it, the soup is awful
After the cream addition, I felt like the soup liquid tasted like thin, corn flavored cream
Not my idea of a keeper recipe
