Pretty darn good! I only cooked two bell peppers and half a pound of ground turkey. I used some tomato paste and some halved cherry tomatoes nstead of diced tomatoes, and roasted the bell peppers instead of boiling them. I also added more Italian seasoning, maybe a tablespoon and a half.

I used a mix of tomato sauce ans fire-roasted diced tomatoes instead of the crushed tomatoes. Had to use basmati as well. But it was simply delicious!

This was a simple dish to do and it came out well, however it needed much more flavor so I will make it again and I will add some cayenne pepper and some steak seasoning to start with.

This was easy and very tasty. I will make it again. I used Turkish seasoning and a salt-free blend in addition to the Italian seasoning.

I modified it by adding zucchini and eggplant. I also substituted the rice and cheddar for quinoa and provolone.

my husband loved this! I took the recommendation to sub marinara for the crushed tomatoes and shredded parm for the cheddar

Made this with a few adjustments. Used Basmati rice, and four cheese spaghetti sauce instead of the crushed tomatoes. Also used Parmesan cheese instead of cheddar. Boiling the peppers first and baking in cast iron made it so much more delicious than times I have made stuffed peppers in the past! Will definitely be making this again!

AMAZING!!! I'm not a big fan of ground turkey, but my partner likes it, so I was looking for different ways to cook it. The ground turkey I had was pre-seasoned (Italian) and it turned out great! This became an instant favorite. I'm making it again this week.

It was cool I never boiled bell peppers so I was confused on that but other than that it was easy

Excellent I made it as instructions stated Uncle Ben’s long grain and wild rice)

These stuffed peppers are so tasty and satisfying! My whole family, two kids included, gobbled them up!

This is by far the best stuffed pepper recipe I’ve made! I’ve tried out a few different ones and was always disappointed with the lack of flavor. Easily could be done without cheese for those sensitive to dairy, without compromising the taste.

I would make this again. I like that the recipe has you boil the peppers before you stuff them. It saves a lot more time in the oven. I don't think you need to bake it for 30 minutes but rather when the cheese is melted on top. Enjoy!
