I don't know how this only calls for 1/2 lb of beef. I used 1.13 lbs and it didn't seen like enough. delicious though. I added chili powder.

This was filling and delicious. we used less hashbrowns so they would cook more evenly and crisp up. We then oushed the crispy hashbrowns together and topped with more burger than the recipe called for (about a 1/4 more). We also didnt put the salsa on until after it was all done and had people add it and the lettuce on there own. We will be making this again.

Easy. It was great. I sprinkled on some Lawry’s over the tots and then put the cheese on a broiled it for minute and a half to melt it. Excellent
