Tastes good but not an outstanding dish. Not awful, I just have recipes that are better.

This was just ok. Lacked any real flavor. I added 1/4 nutritional yeast and it was a bit better. Unless the flavors develop/meld overnight, I won’t be making it again.

Absolutely delicious and very creamy for something without any dairy. We used 2x the amount of gnocchi.

I really loved the soup, very tasty! Next timeI will add a bit more gnocchi when having it for dinner, so that it is a little bit more filling.

This was delicious and had a lot of personality as far as soups go. I used more garlic than indicated because I like it. I also used the entire package of basil because it often gets dark before I have a chance to use it and I do not like to waste. A+.

I wouldn’t add extra salt next time over and above what’s in the broth. I agree that i also needed to add extra corn starch. I also added extra mushrooms because I didn’t have enough zucchini and it was delicious!

I needed to use more cornstarch as it was too liquid in my opinion.
Beware that the beans must be cooked beforehand!
