- 4 garlic cloves (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. paprika

- 4 chicken breasts (boneless)
- 2 red peppers (sliced keep slices thick)
- 1 red onion (cut into 8 wedges)
- 10 whole garlic cloves
- 1 lb. potatoes (baby mixed color, quartered red or yellow will work as well)
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta
- 1/4 cup kalamata olives
- 2 whole lemons (cut in half)

This was really yummy! Marinating the chicken in the fridge before placing on the sheet would make it a bit tastier. Overall really good.

I made this for my parents with raving reviews. I made it this evening for my kids and granddaughter and again all the palettes and bellies were pleased. This is an easy recipe that hits all the right marks! It’s a keeper!

This is a family favorite. I added zucchini for a green vegetable and it was great!

It was very good. I used boneless thighs which are better than breasts. Had I started earlier, I probably would have marinated the chicken for a while ahead. I saw no need for the extra whole garlic, as I rough chopped plenty of garlic in the marinade. I also used lots of smoked paprika instead of regular just because I like it. I also put pitted kalamata olives on the pan rather than after.

Delish. Needed a bit longer in the oven to get the chicken up to temp and the potatoes were just slightly underdone. Great flavors.

This was a pretty good version of the sheet pan meal. I didn’t think it cooked long enough for the garlic cloves to roast well. They turned out too raw garlicky for us. And the roasted lemons have nice flavor, but add a lot of moisture to the dish, so I leave them off too.

Easy and delicious. I tossed 1/3 marinade with veggies, then placed chicken on top and rubbed with remaining marinade. Took 55 min to cook, though, not 30-35 min.

Very little cleanup, huge flavors. I would recommend cooking the potatoes on a second pan because the lemons give off a ton of juice. Even my picky kids loved this recipe.

The chicken was moist, the veggies were well cooked. It was missing a bit of flavour, more oregano, more salt and pepper were needed. Would definitely make again with the adjustments required.

So easy, flavors are really good, and I have a couple of notes for myself for next time:
1- Marinate the chicken for a bit before cooking
2- Put the potatoes in to roast a few minutes before everything else joins them.

Turned out great, although I would cook it under 30 min. Chicken was a little too dry. I didn’t have potatoes, substituted hericot verts, added dried thyme either the oregano and it was so simple & tasty.

Overall pretty good. Chicken could use a bit more seasoning. Going to try with marinating the chicken in the marinade for a short time prior to cooking.

It was very good except chicken breast was a little dry after putting it in over for 30 min at 400F

So yummy! I omitted the red onions, next time will add yellow onions instead. Also added green peppers. Really enjoyed all the flavors!
