Great! Easy and tasty!! I cut lamb blackstrap into strips and put them in skewers. Perfect!

Delicious, juicy and tasteful. A very different taste of what we eat every day at my home so it gave a lovely twist to our dinner.

Great. We added onion in between the lamb pieces which was good. Reckon you could include mushroom as well to add complementary flavour.

This was very good. Packed full of flavour and the lemon really does do it's job tenderising the meat. Can also put under the grill for a few minutes each side. Perfect with a bit yoghurt and mint. Great recipe

This turned out deliciously! We couldn't find lamb locally and used beef instead and marinated it for six hours to tenderize it. Turned out wonderfully. Looking forward to actually finding lamb and making this again. But the beef option worked in a pinch!
