    Why must sea salt be used? And why must there be 20 characters when this would do? "Why sea salt?"

    My favorite recipe, and I’ve tried a lot of them. I made the whole recipe in the food processor , chilled the dough for about an hour after mixing and baked at 400 for 20ish minutes.
