    PLEASE KEEP IN MIND I HAVE NEVER MADE A PIE NOR PIE CRUST. HAVING SAID THAT IT DIDN'T TURN OUT AT ALL. THE CRUST WAS QUITE HARD AND CRISPY AND NOT EDIBLE. I WILL KEEP TRYING TILL I SUCCEEDED THEY SAY PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT.

    My go-to pie crust recipe! Try to use a little less shortening, 1/4 cup of white-wheat flour and always use ice water.
