It was great. I think mixing the ingredients in 3 different bowls made a big difference. It’s the only cornbread recipe you’ll ever need

it was light, fluffy and simply delicious!!! I made 2 batches and combined them for my skillet. The recipe makes a small amount for a regular sized skillet. Amazing recipe though .Loved it!!!

It turned out perfect. Put just under 1/3 cup of sugar. Accompanied the cornbread with chilli and a salad with guacamole.

My family LOVES cornbread but me I’m not much on cornbread BUT this one here.......does it for me! My husband said, “well no more box cornbread for us!” He was right & everyone agreed! This is the ONLY cornbread made in OUR house!

Great cornbread recipe. Used Bob's Red Mill course cornmeal and an iron skillet to cook it in. Wll definitely be one of my go to recipe.

The best cornbread I’ve ever baked. I preheated oven and placed cast iron skillet in oven with vegetable oil while I prepared the batter. Skillet was very hot when I poured batter into skillet. The edges were very crispy and delicious. This is my all to,e favorite cornbread recipe.

Best we have tasted so far. Definitely a repeat!
No modifications made. Might try adding corn kernels next time.
