Description
A delightfully easy-to-make spice mix, this blend produces a tasty cup of golden milk (also called turmeric tea or turmeric milk). This recipe is adapted from the traditional Indian mix for milk that's used to ease cold symptoms. It combines turmeric with warm spices we associate with autumn — cinnamon, cardamom, and ginger. To make golden milk, warm one cup of milk over medium heat and stir in one teaspoon of the Golden Milk Spice Mix. Add sugar or honey to sweeten to taste. The recipe is a Yummly original created by Rachel Roszmann.
