Great and super quick! I did use less than 200g Gorgonzola though as it seemed like too much.

really too rich. the cheese was way overpowering and i got sick of eating it after a few bites. i wasted a lot of gorgonzola on this recipe 😫 saved the extra sauce for macaroni, so maybe that will be better...

Super easy to make but the Gorgonzola was way too overpowering. Pretty disappointed!

Excellent. I lightly sprinkled nutmeg; didn’t over do it and left out the thyme. Definitely making this again!
