    Texture is VERY grainy. You could NEVER use this for a sandwich. You have to DOUBLE the receipt for it rise to a "regular" size loaf of bread.

    Bread turned out well and very tasty I wanted Ito increase the protein content so I added a scoop of protein powder and added another egg and 1/2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar it tasted great and had good texture
