Taste so good it’s more like a crape to me then a pancake but delicious. I am very surprised someone wrote they were not good and they will never make again. They must have did something wrong because these are awesome.

I added cinnamon to the recipe and it turned out amazing they were so fluffy and delicious I will make these pancakes when I don't have any eggs

These turned out great! They were a fairly classic pancake. I did not have coconut milk, so I used almond milk. I also used a mix of brown and white sugars about equally. These are thick, fluffy pancakes. You can always add more water or milk to make them a little thinner if you desire. My mom said they reminded her of the pancakes that her Grandma made (great-grandma's recipe was from the 1930s and Mom had them probably in the 50-60s), so these gave her a taste of something familiar that she hasn't had since she was in highschool.

I had to add a bit more flour than the recipe called for to get the fluffiness.

I did not like this at all. They did not taste good. I’m sorry but I will never try this again.
