I made this recipe exactly to the recipe and it was Amazing! Light and fluffy…..not my mom’s cornbread, but better!

Gluten free cornbread with honey was awesome. Substituted milk with almond milk, Miyoko’s butter for the butter, and eggs with Bob’s Red Meal egg substitute. My wife’s request for vegan/gluten free.

I made this twice. The first one was better. Perhaps using half and half would make it more moist. I drizzled honey before serving it and it was quite good.
