    Delicious recipe. I did tweak it a bit by adding garlic powder, sea salt, ground pepper and Italian herbs to the crushed cornflakes for an even flavor. Baked at 375° for 16 min then flipped and baked an additional 18 min. came out nice and crispy. Made a cracked pepper maple sauce for dipping that contrasted the chicken perfectly too. Definitely making this again, soon!

    It was good, but flavorless. I added more salt than I normally do and it was still very bland. Would be great with more seasoning.

    My 11 year old had fun making these. I cut up thick chicken breasts into strips and used whole wheat flour.
