    Taste was mediocre. I used the salmon for a salad so it was good for that. Don't think it would hold it's own if it were paired with a side.

    This was a quick and simple dish. I added garlic to the marinade and my husband and I both loved it. I served the salmon with a farro salad and homemade artisan bread.

    Easy, simple and my kids loved it... I did use a little less peppercorn because of them. I served it with white rice and steamed broccoli.
