Description
Just a touch of crystallized ginger, honey, and lime are all you need to make this refreshing salad pop. While the technique for freeing the orange segments from the membrane to create supremes looks fancy, it takes only a few minutes with a sharp serrated knife. To make the salad ahead, prep the fruit and chill it up to a few hours, then add the dressing at the last minute. The recipe, which makes 6 cups, is a Yummly original created by Ashley Strickland Freeman.

Directions
- Set a large strainer over a medium bowl. With a sharp serrated knife, cut the ends off each orange, creating two flat surfaces. Setting the oranges on end on a cutting board, cut away their peel and outer white membrane, following the curve of the fruit. Working with one orange at a time, hold the orange over the strainer and cut between each segment and its inner membranes to release the segments (orange supremes) into the strainer. Squeeze the juices from the remaining orange membranes. Reserve 2 Tbsp. juice from the bowl (drink the rest or save for another use). Put orange segments in the bowl and continue.
- Cut grapes in half. Add them to the orange segments. Cut up any large cubes of pineapple and honeydew into smaller pieces and then add them to the bowl of fruit.
- Add lime zest and juice, crystallized ginger, and honey to the 2 Tbsp. orange juice. Stir together, then pour dressing over the fruit and toss to coat.
