    I divided it into two balls. One ball turned out great! Best pizza dough I’ve made. The other ball kept tearing. I had no problems with stickiness and am actually wondering if I did something wrong since it wasn’t sticky at all and it did not seem to need the 8 minutes in the mixer.

    it was amazing and fluffy. however it takes 2+ hours because of rising and kneeding so don’t start this 70 min before you need it because it will not be ready

    The dough seems very soft and wet and you will worry that it’s not like other pizza dough but it bakes up very well, a bit crisp on the outside and good chewiness. Will definitely make again because the process is one of the easier ones for pizza dough.

    I love pizza! This recipe is easy and makes a beautiful dough. Usually, I prefer a thin crust, but this made a light airy crust that was crispy on the outside and soft and tasty on the inside. Give this recipe a try, its a keeper!

    It turned out great! It wasn't bland or dry. The inside was nice and fluffy and the bottom and the crust was perfectly crispy. This is my go to pizza dough from now on.

    It was sooo good!! I used a cookie sheet and got an end result that had a nice crispy crust with soft interior. This might just become my go to recipe. It was worth the time!
