It's very good. I made a double batch. I nervouse about the amount of liquid per head of cabbage, but I guess it's more of a beaise than a boil.

Absolutely AMAZING! Couldn't have asked for a better German red cabbage dish, it was a hit for the whole family!

I hate german cabbage, but i needed to use a head and mom loves it anyway so i went for it. Slight tweaks: sub 4 pks of stevia for the sugar,
Rice vinegar, added 1/2 water. grilled onions and apples a few min before adding cabbage, cut cook time in half and added water, stevia, vinegar, salt, pepper. Give a good stir and let continue to cook for another ten min. Was amazing
