    I used to make German potato salad but misplaced my original recipe. This one turned out very close to the way I remember it tasting, so it’s a keeper!

    Easy to make???.... Yes Different than the same old, mayonnaise based potato salad???......Yes! Super tangy???.... Sure I liked it, but couldn't eat a large portion... Just too much vinegar/mustard. My wife said the same..

    My Bacon had gone rancid, so I used ground sausage and added a little oil as needed, it still turned out great, you do want to keep an eye on the potatoes though, I just left mine for 15 minutes after it started boiling and they fell apart a bit to easily. still tasted great, just hurt the presentation. I'm sure I'll do better when I inevitably make this again!

    Great recipe ! Easy to follow instructions and great results! I didn't have ground mustard so I added a tsp of mustard seed. Also didn't have fresh parsley so I let the dried parsley soak in the sauce.

    Sour didn't like it! Think next time I try to make it I will leave apple cider vinaigrette out and sub with white and minimize the amount of bacon used
