    Wonderful. I did not use potato starch. I served them with Currywurst!

    Great, bur replace flour or potatoes starch with corn starch, even more healthy

    I have made this recipe but I omit the nutmeg. I also use flour and not potato starch and I odn't use butter, I use canola oil for frying them. I grate the onions and potatoes into a bowl, add flour, salt, pepper, and egg. Fry in canola oil. They are really good.
