i halfed this recipe and afded 1 tbsp of sugar. After I finished cooking, I let the pancake cool and i did 2 circle cutouts to have them serve as a bun for a sausage and cheese sandwich. It's literally amazing! i recommend you guys to try it!

I’ve never had one so nothing to really compare it to, but it was delicious! Kind of like a denser, eggy, pancake. Finished it off with powder sugar, splash of lemon juice, fresh blueberries, and a dollop of whipped cream - whole family enjoyed. This will become a staple for sure.

Delicious, especially with lemon juice and powdered sugar. 425, 22-27 minutes. It’s also delicious to sprinkle with cinnamon sugar before baking.

Delicious and easy to make. I served with a choice of toppings - peaches, strawberries, maple syrup, small chunks of ham and cheese.

Just like my mom made when I was a kid...but we serve with powdered sugar and lemon juice...sounds a little odd, but so good!

These have been a staple Sunday breakfast for my family. I found this recipe to easily recreate it in college and it was delicious!

I’ve made this recipe for 30 yrs. I moved and lost a lot of possessions and was grateful to recover it here. It’s great with fruit jam or with cooked breakfast sausage baked in it then served with real maple syrup. Can also be made in cupcake tins then frozen. Very yummy..!!

It was a simple recipe, so I had an easy time making the pancakes. My mom really liked them, but now my grandma's drooling over them and wants me to make them again at her house!
