great recipe, use as is.
on top I put caremilized apple slices: caremilize them with 2 TBSP brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, butter and 4 small apples It was amazing

Omg, I could have eaten this whole beautiful thing by myself! Delicious! I did ours in a 12 in cast iron pan. Mmmm!
