    I like that she doesn’t use onion, sometimes it’s all you can taste. I’ll try a green pepper next time and a bit of hot sauce. Overall a great smooth gazpacho with outstanding flavor, perfect for a hot humid day. Next time I put in a 1/2 a red pepper and some celery, I didn’t care for it as much. I’ll stay with the original.😎
