    I doubled the recipe. an blended the onion also(by accident) turned out amazing still. I happened to have black garlic that I ordered a while ago and used that instead of regular garlic. Added a lil sweetness. im definetly making again

    Love this recipe. I will make this several times this summer. I did add an avocado for a more creamy mouthfeel. And I used avocado oil in lieu of the olive oil. Great with sandwiches for lunch.

    Delicious! Added two green onions and some cilantro for a little extra flavor. So refreshing and light.
