We enjoyed it. I liked having the baking time set, so I could time the prep of the remaining meal. Though the shtimp was a little over done using 350 with convection at 10 mins. Next time, I’ll do it at 9 mins.

This was delicious and tasted like scampi I've had in restaurants, but healthier. I even used dried parsley instead of fresh, and only marinated for about 30 minutes. I tossed it with some pasta and sprinkled with a little grated parmesan. This is a keeper!
