    Love risotto. Never had the nerve to make. Tried this recipe. Made it exactly as described. Easy to follow, turned out great. Will make again and will be part of normal dinner rotation. Thanks.

    I doubled the amount of rice and ended up needing more than double the wine/stock, but otherwise cane out great. good classic risotto.

    This was great! I did change it up. I added turkey bacon that I cooked and asparagus with the last cup of broth.
