I added sliced onion to the sauce. Also, used very little chicken stock. Turned out very good. More of a creamy sauce. I’ve followed many recipes that called for more stock but wound up very thin even after cooking down a good bit.

This is terrific ! I’ve made this 3 times already. I used baby Bella mushrooms & Pecorino/Romano cheese. One time I used heavy cream, once 1/2 & 1/2, and once just plain milk. Made the house smell sooo good ! One of our favorites !

It turned out ok but it seems husband doesnt like cheesy, cream sauce. I thought it was tasty spicing and cooked nicely. thanks for recipe.

Have made this several times now. We absolutely love it, this velvety rich sauce is delicious over the pork and on top of mashed potatoes.

Excellent!! I used 1/2 and 1/2 instead of cream and would recommend 6-8 thin/ small pork chops. I served mashed potatoes with it. Add a little bit of cornstarch mixed with water to thicken sauce.

I made this for my husband and he absolutely loved it! Modified it a bit by adding more garlic and used a substitute for heavy cream (butter and milk).

Great flavor!!! My chops were kind of tough…I think this would be amazing using either shrimp or chicken as a substitute protein. I served the meat and mushrooms over linguine and it was very tasty! I will make it again and try a different protein.
(Added more cheese to thicken the sauce)

This is good! Everyone loved it. The sauce is a little thin, so I added a couple of tablespoons of flour.
