    Made the bad thing that the warning was on point center of chicken pink and crust almost blackened, Oil was too hot!

    first time I've ever fried chicken. it was very easy and really good. my friend liked it too. i had to almost double the cook time but that could have been because i had really big pieces.

    It turned out well. Used a deep fryer so it wasn’t much work to cook it. Dipping it in ketchup or sweet red chili. Yum!!
