    Ok but I would not make it again. This was my first time cooking with fava beans. I used giant fava beans and unfortunately my ful tasted nothing like the one I’ve had at a restaurant. Maybe I overcooked it and let too much water evaporate - it was rather dry. Mine also was very white colored, while I expected it to be tan colored. I don’t know if that reflects the actual beans or only of my perception of how ful should look. Also, not flavorful enough for me.
