    It was good. I used potabellomushrooms instead of meat and seasoned the eggs and vegetables appropriately. Then I used a tomato basil tortilla. Very tasty.

    Love this. I made the burritos- minus some ingredients, and they hold up in the freezer very well. I would suggest maybe 2 minutes in the microwave, perhaps I stuffed mine a little more than directed! But all in all, a great, healthy breakfast on the go!
