Really great ideas for multiple variations of frittata. I used about 1/4 yellow pepper and 1/4 onion and 3 strips of bacon. Recommend cooking the bacon first and set aside. Then sauté the peppers and onions( cut up small) in some of the bacon fat - yum.
For the eggs I used whipping cream vs milk and added about 1/4 cup of Parmesan. Egg mixture into the greased glass pie dish….then sprinkled in crumbled bacon and sautéed veggies. Top with some shredded cheese like cheddar or Monterey Jack and cook at 400 for 15 mins

Amazing! I would add feta or goat cheese after when it’s done. It will taste amazing!

definitely add a fruit or vegetable it's a little bland without them.

This is a great basic recipe that can be adopted for what you have on hand. I used bacon, spinach, potatoes, red peppers and tomatoes. It was delicious!

Really good! Easy to make recipe that looks like it took hoyrs to make, but actually it was just a few minutes

It was wonderful. I added cheese, ham, and veggies. Closest I’ve come to a Denver omelette.
