    Crispy on the bottom, fluffy in the body. Great texture and easy to execute! I don’t have left over potatoes so my cook time was significantly longer but it was worth it!

    Definitely will make again. I followed the recipe this first time exactly as written and it came out perfectly. I also have many ideas for other ways to make this with different ingredients. Broccoli, extra sharp cheddar with onions? Feta, mushrooms and spinach? The possibilities are many! I definitely recommend this recipe.

    Left out the olives as I don't like them. Really easy to make and very yummy. Will definitely become a regular in my kitchen

    This was amazing and easy! I also used mushrooms the addition of olives was a great idea too. Served it with a homemade potato and jalapeño home fries.

    Family loved it. Kinda took my own take on the veggies, used onions, mushrooms, and bell pepper instead. Added some chorizo too. Pretty good

    Wonderful and easy! Made this for brunch with friends and it was delicious. Just be sure to watch the frittata in the oven as it is very easy for the eggs to get overdone.

    It was AWESOME!! So easy to make! I had leftover ham from dinner, so I diced it and added that too. Tasted really good, and will definitely make it again!

    This was great. The flavor was actually better the next day. Took it for lunch and popped it into the toaster oven.
