I wasn’t able to follow recipe exactly (missed some ingredients) but loved it. Directions are good for those that have never made it before, amounts make a well balanced dish.

Made it last week per the recipe and it was great! Made it again today adding shrimp and it was a hit again. Your tip regarding the use of cold/chilled rice was spot on. It’s now a staple at our house. Thanks for sharing your recipe and insights.

I made too much rice so I had to use two pans my family loved it. I added shrimp.

Very confusing. I had to go back to the ingredients on the main Yummly page to see measurement, and couldn’t tell when to put in oil or butter, etc. Ended up okay. Not great.

Very easy to make, just make sure you rice is cold! It’s great just as it is but you cand add many different proteins of your choice

good fried rice, made it without beans and oyster sauce and was still good

This is a great recipe. My family loved the rice. I did put extra veggies and that made the difference. Thank you for sharing. Oh and the little video that comes along with it was perfect.

Good recipe. Second time I made it. Used lots of veggies (broccoli, red peppers, zucchini, corn, carrots, onions) used 4 eggs for protein. Used fish sauce, but that was a little strong. Needed a bit of kick, maybe a little ginger or red pepper next time.

Everyone liked it. I thought it had a bit of a strange flavor but if the family likes it I’m happy

Delicious and simple to make. Added in frozen shelled edamame too. Cooked rice beforehand and put into freezer before final steps and it turned out great. Will make again and maybe add some pineapple for a little twist.

I have used this recipe a few times, usually with leftover meat from a previous meal. Most recently I added leftover beef kabobs (beef, sweet peppers, onions, pineapple and cherry tomatoes) and also used leftover wild rice instead of white. I was a little nervous because the kabobs had been prepared with a marinade that I wasn't sure would go well with the fried rice, but it turned out quite good! I keep this recipe on hand for quick, easy and tasty meals.

Accurate and taste great. Will definitely be a staple at my table. Added shrimp for my protein.
