Every one liked it so much. The only thing that I like to improve is the tenderness of the cheese part. I guess that flour is the ingredient that makes it a little bit far from perfect!

Really yum. I added a bit extra soy sauce and cooked it for a long while to let it crisp up.

I actually made this about a month ago but came back to Yummly to find the recipe again. I didn’t have safflower oil so I used butter and everyone in the house loved it. Even my mom loved it & she is very picky about her fried rice; she said it was the best she’s ever had. :)

Very very delicious recipe. I multiplied this recipe by six because there is 5 of us in our family and we can eat a lot of food. There was still no left overs. This recipe was very easy to make and I would use the amount of soy sauce recommended and then I recommend to add more to taste, I liked more but that's me and my family. Will make again.
