Turned out great! I doubled the recipe and used chicken and fresh green beans for my veggie, and day old brown rice worked out wonderfully!

Tasted great and the house smelled just like a Chinese restaurant! Added Chinese sausage, shrimp and chicken and didn’t add beef. It was delicious!
