- 2 tsp. baharat
- 1 cup golden raisins
- 1 head cauliflower (large)
- vegetable oil (or canola oil, for deep-frying)
- 2 cups rice flour (fine)
- 1 tsp. kosher salt (for batter)
- 1 cup water (for batter)
- kosher salt (for seasoning, add more as needed)
- 2 Tbsp. toasted pine nuts
- 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- flat leaf parsley (for garnish, optional)
- 1 Tbsp. raw tahini
