Ahhhhh had high hopes for this one. Not sure if it was just me or what. I followed recipe to the T and something was just not right. The gelatin was more of a thicker and just didn’t set well with the strawberries. Any advice would be great on what I could of done different?

This is amazing! I used fresh, local strawberries and my great-grandmom’s homemade pie crust recipe. Made it twice in 2 days because I had so many strawberries! I predict I will make it many times this summer.

This is delicious. Looks professional! Don’t give up when stirring the sauce because it takes awhile. While it cools is when you can hull the strawberries. I ate 3 pieces. Everyone had seconds.

Turned out great! So much better than the gelatin pies I’ve had in the past. The strawberries are the star in this one!

Unfortunately, did not work for me. I should have added less cornstarch. 3 tablespoons made the glaze way too thick, and strawberry was not juicy. It turned out all the components were not connected.
