I love these muffins. Sometimes I add chocolate chips to make ‘chocolate covered strawberry’ muffins.

Turned out OK but needed more flavor either more strawberry or a little more sugar

These were delicious and really easy to make. I tossed my strawberries in a little bit of cinnimon before I added to the mixture (I love cinnamon) and it turned out great!

Delicious. I filled liners to the top, therefore I baked for 45min. I chopped strawberries into smaller pieces. For the topping I added 3 tsp of cinnamon to the 3 tsp of sugar.

Wonderful! I took another reviewer’s advice and added white chocolate chips. My husband said they were delicious and a nice, fresh summer treat! I also made them gluten free and it worked out great.

Really good muffins!! Made 2 slight changes/additions. 1) zest of one lemon 2) used 1/2 tsp vanilla extract and 1/2 tsp strawberry extract. This will become one of my regulars!

These turned out great and were super easy to throw together. The only thing I changed was putting a tsp of cinnamon into the batter but I'm a huge cinnamon fan.
