Very tasty. Recommend doubling the amount of onion to get more of that French onion flavor.

This recipe was very easy to prepare. I cooked my squash the day prior so when I was ready to make the soup cooking time was shorter. I did add extra broth to accommodate my own preference and like authentic French Onion Soup I placed a thick slice of bread under the Gruyere cheese before putting in the oven to broil. The flavor was really good and my family enjoyed it.

I thought this was really good I added more salt and other spices but I liked it. I put mine into an iron skillet and broiled it in the oven.

The bones of this recipe are fantastic. As a family that tries to eat mostly KETO, this was enticingly easy for our hips and looked to be pleasing to the lips. However, it was quite bland. Once I added some "french onion soup spice", it was off the charts perfect.

I loved it! I also love French Onion soup (I make it from scratch), so this was a great change with the similar taste. It was relatively lower carb, depending on one's serving size, so not a bad Keto/LCHF option. Thanks for sharing this recipe.

Pretty good! Not as good as the traditional French onion soup, but one of my favorite spaghetti squash recipes so far.
