Very good. Was short on time so I didn’t get to let it simmer the full time, but still came out very tasty.

Delicious! Instead of white wine, I splashed a bit of scotch in it since had some handy. It came out perfect! My husband who’s a picky eater loved it!

Great recipe. I would make the broth a little stronger though. I used beef bouillon cubes and did the 8 cubes for 8 cups. Next time I'll use 10 or more. the broth was a little watery. Added garlic salt to the bread when toating it. I also cut the bread iNto cubes to make it more manageable when eating it When the cheese and bread are added, the flavor of the onion taste changes to pure numminess! Great recipe!
