Delicious! The whole family devoured them for breakfast! (I used a little less sugar in the mix and less butter was needed to dip baking.)

They came out really well! I couldn’t bring myself to eat a full muffin just because of the sugar/calories but my teenage/athlete brother ate 4 🤣🤣

Super easy to make and satisfying to eat. They are fairly dense and I’d definitely recommend making the extra dipping sauce. They are super caloric and not nutritious at all, so just know what you’re getting into when you decide to have these for breakfast. I was hungry soon afterwards but had already had over 1000 calories by having two of these.

I really did like these but the muffin itself is plain. I added 1 tsp of cinnamon to the muffins mix. I may add some brown sugar. Also, I used Almond Milk instead of regular milk. Turned out good still.

Absolutely delicious! Perfect amount of flavor and the texture was divine. Instead of dipping it in butter and rolling it in cinnamon sugar, I mixed cinnamon and sugar into the melted butter and drizzled it on top of the muffins as they were cooling will definitely be making these again!

The simplicity of the recipe is for me it’s best recommendation. This checks all the boxes for me: ease of preparation, simple but compelling taste, beautiful crumb, limited number of ingredients, butter rather than oil as the fat. Fancy muffins are a lot of fun but these satisfy.

My family loved these, but I thought they were a little dry. The directions are a bit hard to follow. Other than that it was pretty delicious.
