Really good waffle recipe! I ended up using one less tbsp of sugar, 50/50 wheat and white flour, a tsp of lemon oil, healthy glug of lemon juice and balsamic vinegar. I will be saving this one for sure

This makes so much better Belgium waffles light and crispy I will never go back to a mix

Definitely worth making because my family of 8 loved them! So fluffy and delicious to eat with syrup!

I substitute half of the butter for coconut oil & use either honey or coconut sugar. Always a family favorite!

I found the batter a little thick....and some milk to thin. Otherwise great!!

Ended up great, used a measuring cup to put the batter in the iron and got about 4.5 waffles out of it. I cooked for 3 minutes but if you want them crispy could you go longer.

Delicious and fluffy! They are on the sweet side but my family loved them, even my husband who doesn't have a sweet tooth. Will make again!

This is the exact same recipe listed on here with a different name. It is absolutely terrible, super greasy and chewy. Not fluffy in the least bit.

The most success I’ve had with a waffle recipe. I greased the waffle plates with butter and added 10/15 grams extra flour To the mix to make it a tad thicker.

Loved this! Super easy and can easily add extras like blueberries or chocolate chips

They were very deilicious but the recipe needed more milk than it said to make the batter thinner instead of a doughy texture.
