Very nice and fluffy, tint bit salty so next time might reduce salt a smidge.

They were light, fluffy & delicious. I used self-raising flour instead of plain.

Contrary to the previous review, i found the measurements to be spot on. It made 6 pancakes. I had to double everything to make enough but the recipe is good. This will be my "go to" recipe for American pancakes.

this recipe is just plain off. the measurements are wrong unless you enjoy spacklecakes.

You will need to add almost double the amount of milk. I grabbed this recipe quickly as I just wanted ballpark idea of how much of each ingredient. Realized flour/ milk ratio is way off

Simple and came out great
Used self raising flour instead and they were extra fluffy

It was delicious but I think I slightly overcooked them regardless they came out phenomenally.

Such an easy recipe to make. Turns out great every time. I didn't have blueberries today so I used seedless grapes instead. I heated them in the oven with the pancakes I had made and they were delicious.

Out of the 4 pancake recipes (including this one) I’ve made in the last 3 weeks, this is my favorite. It’s not as dense as the other recipes I tried. I only added about 110g flour but still turned out ok (maybe that’s why it was less dense?). I did some batches with walnuts & cocoa nibs, some with chocolate chips, & some with shredded mozzarella which was the winner.

Very standard recipe, tastes like good old fashioned basic puffy pancakes. Used 150ml of milk instead of 130ml like one of the other comments mentioned. Also dropped in a few chocolate chunks after the batter is poured into the pan.

they was ok but not the best american pancakes that ive tatsed i would say this is britsish version.. and im british will go back to my other recipe i found

I didn't have caster sugar available, so I had to use granulated sugar instead. Interestingly it worked better for my pancake. But it would be helpful to know how long exactly should one rest the batter though.
All in all, it was a good recipe.

You need waaaaaaay more milk. Is this how the British think we eat our pancakes???

Best American pancake recipe I’ve ever used. Very easy and the result was absolutely spot on. This will be my go to from now on.

i doubled everything up except the sugar which i used 1,5Tbsp and they turned out really good, not as fluffy as i had expected but they were okay! they tested nice!

Very tasty! After reading the other reviews which said the milk was not enough I used 150ml of milk instead of 130ml as per the recipe. With these quantities of ingredients came out 4 pancakes. So...I wouldn’t say it’s for 4 people, however me and my boyfriend really enjoyed them! Definitely going to make this again!
