This turned out well. I added some lemon zest to the flour mixture, and I added 3 minced garlic cloves and some fresh thyme to the lemon butter sauce. Very easy and quick recipe.

very good.
I added 2 tablespoons of capers to the sauce and it was perfect.

Skipped the butter and used ghee. Didn't have chives and it didn't matter. I added a little milk to the egg mixture and accidentally reversed the coating process (flour first, then egg).
This was delicious with a light crispy flash-browned coating and perfectly cooked tasty fish inside. All it needed at the end was to be placed on our plates with a side of lemon slices and veggies. Yummy!

The flavor was great, but for some reason the flour and egg coating did not adhere to the fish as it cooked. When I flipped the fillets the batter stuck to the pan. Though it tasted good, it wasn’t pretty!

Flavors were great. I actually pan seared it a little in the lemon butter sauce at the end. Delicious!

Really easy to make. I added some more ajun seasoning and parmasian cheese to the flour. Wowowwoo what a delicious recipe.

Delicious! Will definitely be making this again. The lemon butter sauce had a bit too much lemon juice in it for our taste but we just added more butter, salt & Pepper, and a little bit of garlic powder to it and it turned out great. Thanks for the recipe!

We used frozen flounder so it was very moist. 2nd time around also tasted very eggy. Overall pretty good and would make again ( with fresh fish)

This was good, but I wanted a little more flavor so, I marinated the fish for a few hours in italian herbs and spices, butter and lemon. I also added garlic to the flour before breading the filets. I paired it with garlic mashed potato, and garlic butter string beans. Note: the lemon butter sauce for the fish was delicious!
