    It turned out very well! I did have to improvise a little because I didn’t have things like coconut oil (I just used spray oil.) I only had talapia filet, and cooked them whole in the butter with a little blackening seasoning. Otherwise, I followed your recipe and it was great! Thank you… I see my husband is going back for seconds now.. lol!👍🏼
