    It may have been me, but the butter Separated from the milk when I added the cheese. Had a good taste will not make again.

    It was quick and very easy. I only added 1/2 cup cheese after reading other comments and I am glad I did. I also added about 1 tbs of the pasta water because it was a little thick.

    It was simple and delicious, but a tip to anyone who hasn’t made it, add less cheese. The recipe calls for more than needed, and the Parmesan tended to clump.

    It was a simple recipe. I adjusted the amount of butter and cream but it was still good

    I had to double the recipe and didn't have enough parmesan so used some cottage cheese and it turned out wonderful.

    The sauce is really rich so I suggest adding a little at a time according to taste. I added blanched broccoli and pancetta.

    This is my go to fettuccine alfredo. I also add chicken. Usually perdue short cuts. So yummy!
