    This is a great basic recipe. I added fresh garlic, extra parmesan, and shrimp sauteed in soy sauce, worchstershire sauce, and garlic powder. Was so good and not too heavy! Next time I will try it with less butter though.

    Chef Jeremy Gautreau, This is what I call a cheater Alfredo sauce. An authentic Alfredo has minced garlic and uses white wine and extra vergin olive oil. This is a good recpie and it is very siple to make. I would suggest trying different herbs and using pink salt as well as a hard cheese blend. I do like the recpie because it is simple and it still tastes, YUMMMY.

    So easy, incredibly tasty and you can change it up a thousand ways by adding bacon/roasted tomato and basil/prawns and rocket etc. A good basic recipe to have on hand.

    Really good! For my taste, I will maybe add less parmesan next time. Easy dinner and who can go wrong with pasta?!
