I had a pre-mix spice which makes it quick and easy, but fresh spice is tastier

Super good! I didn't blend the first few well enough so they were a little crumbly-- I added a few tbsp flour and blended a little longer and it was the perfect consistency. I left the first two crumbly ones as they were, and they made an amazing salad topping!
